Hello Everyone! My name is Peter Mouttapa and I will be teaching the 10 week Self-Defense Course. Topics Covered will Include:

  • Awareness and Avoidance Tactics.
  • The Development of Full Body Power Target Practice.
  • The Use of the Body's Natural Weapons in a Multitude of Circumstances.
  • Learning to defend oneself with great versatility while standing or on the ground regardless of the size and strength of your attacker.
  • The use of Objects in the Environment to shield oneself or to use as weapons.
  • The use of basic chokes and restraints to facilitate fighting ending strikes and blows.
  • Defense vs. Multiple Attackers.
  • How to sustain minimal damage from the assailant while in unfavorable circumstances.

Youthfulness and World Class Athleticism are not required. We will teach you how to maximize your individual capabilities regardless of size, age, physical ailments etc. These fundamental skills and concepts can be learned in a short time, but require practice alone and with live partners. A little diligence will go along way in our program.

REMEMBER, these are the same techniques thought by High level War Veterans like the late Col. Rex Applegate to name a few on the battlefields. These same techniques have been used by several Law Enforcement Agencies around the Nation and Internationally. We will help you reach your goals! No ands ifs or butts!!!!!
